🛒 Order & Checkout

1. Can I review my order before making payment?
Yes. Before confirming your purchase, you’ll see a detailed order summary showing all items, quantities, shipping costs, and delivery information. You can make changes before proceeding.

2. Can I cancel my order before payment?
Yes. You may exit the checkout or clear your cart at any time before payment — no charges will apply.

3. Can I cancel or modify an order after payment?
Orders can be modified or cancelled within 1 hour of payment, as long as they have not been shipped. Contact us immediately at [email protected] with your order number.

4. Will I receive an order confirmation?
Yes. You’ll receive a confirmation email with your order details and tracking link once the order is confirmed and processed.


🚚 Shipping & Delivery

5. What courier services do you use?
We ship using trusted logistics partners:

  • Local: J&T Express, Pos Laju, Ninja Van, DHL eCommerce

  • International: DHL Express, FedEx, Aramex, EMS

6. How long does delivery take?

  • West Malaysia: 2–4 working days

  • East Malaysia: 3–7 working days

  • International: 5–12 working days
    Delivery time may vary depending on your location and courier service.

7. How do I track my order?
You will receive a tracking number by email or SMS once your order is shipped. You can check delivery status directly on the courier’s website.


🔁 Returns & Refunds

8. Can I return an item?
Yes. We accept returns within 7 days of receiving your order, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging. Email [email protected] to start the return process.

9. What items are not eligible for return?
We cannot accept returns for:

  • Clearance or final sale items

  • Used, damaged, or tampered products

  • Opened personal accessories (e.g., earphones) due to hygiene concerns

After we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days (excluding shipping fees unless the return was due to our error).
