  • Items returned after the 7-day window

🔁 Return Process

  2. Approval & Instructions
    If your return is approved, we will provide the return address and instructions. Please ensure the item is securely packed to avoid damage during return shipping.

  3. Shipping the Item Back

    • You are responsible for return shipping costs (unless the item is faulty or incorrect).

    • We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

  4. Inspection & Decision
    Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the outcome and process your refund or exchange accordingly.

💳 Refund Policy

  • Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • If your payment was made via bank transfer, please provide your bank account details for the refund.

  • Shipping charges and handling fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item, defective product).

  • We reserve the right to deny a refund if the returned product does not meet our return conditions.

📦 Exchanges

  • Exchanges are allowed for the same item (if defective) or another item of equal or lesser value.

  • If the replacement item costs more, we will provide a payment link for the difference.
